Letters are mailed out every month on the 15th of the month. You can expect to receive your letter 3-8 days after the 15th of each month.

Our monthly mail club offers a refreshing escape from the digital world—bringing creativity, connection, and a sense of community right to your mailbox.

Each delivery from Outdoor Ventures is more than just a letter—it’s a thoughtfully curated experience that captures the spirit of the outdoors and places it directly in your hands.

The mail club is designed for anyone that has a love for the outdoors, and wants to learn more about this beautiful world we get to call home.

Inside every envelope, you’ll discover a thoughtfully assembled collection of items inspired by hiking, hunting, fishing, nature conservation, exploration, and country living. Expect field notes filled with stories, tips, seasonal insights, and reflections from life in the wild.

You can also expect to receive things like custom-designed stickers that capture the rugged, timeless feel of outdoor culture—perfect for your gear, cooler, thermos or truck. Alongside them, enjoy things like postcards featuring scenic landscapes, wildlife moments, and snapshots of true outdoor living.

From time to time, your letter will include bonus surprises—handwritten touches, collectible items, recipes, artwork, or small keepsakes that make each delivery feel unique and worth holding onto.

Outdoor Ventures is about slowing down, stepping outside, and reconnecting with nature. Every envelope is crafted to give you a moment of that feeling.

Last, but not least, Outdoor Ventures operates on a One For One business model meaning, when you subscribe to our mail club we send you a letter, and we send one to someone who is confined to a hospital, or patient care facility; which enables them to still experience the great outdoors regardless of their situation.

What is a mail club?

A mail club is a subscription where members receive curated letters full of unique items sent through the mail each month. Unlike a digital newsletter, everything arrives in a real envelope that you can hold, open, and look forward to every month.

When will I get my letter?

We send out letters on the 15th of every month. Members should receive it within 3-8 days of sending.

A note on timing: If you sign up before the 15th of the month, you’ll receive that month’s letter. If you sign up after the 15th, your first letter will arrive the following month.

Do you ship internationally?

U.S. Only

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Shop Pay for your convenience.

What if I need to update my address?
